RETURNS + EXCHANGES


RETURN POLICY

Strange Matter will exchange or refund goods received back to us in New Jersey within 20 days of order date. All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. If there was a mistake on the part of Strange Matter or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Strange Matter will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

 

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

Sales items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Sale items must be received back to Strange Matter within 20 days of order date, and follow the same qualifications as returns on non-sale items (detailed above). Strange Matter does not hold items for exchange.

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Strange Matter is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.

  

RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.
